• Account Information: Email address and name from your Google account when you install and authorize PipeModo.
• Payment Information: When you purchase credits or subscriptions, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details.

2.2 Spreadsheet Data

When you run workflows, PipeModo processes data from your Google Sheets, including:

• Cell values you select for workflow input (e.g., names, emails, company names, domains)
• Row identifiers to write results back to the correct cells
• Spreadsheet ID to identify your document

Important: We only access data you explicitly select for processing. We do not scan or access your entire spreadsheet. Data is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers beyond the duration necessary to complete your workflow (typically seconds to minutes).

2.3 Usage Data

• Workflow execution logs (workflow type, row counts, timestamps, success/error status)
• Credit usage and transaction history
• Feature usage patterns to improve our Service

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your workflows and deliver enrichment results
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send service-related communications (e.g., usage alerts, billing notifications)
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud

To provide enrichment and AI features, we may share data with the following third-party services:

• Apollo.io: Contact and company enrichment
• Hunter.io: Email verification and finding
• OpenAI/Anthropic: AI-powered data extraction and analysis
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure and data processing

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information. We only share the minimum data necessary to perform the requested operation.

• Workflow Data: Processed immediately and not retained beyond workflow completion (typically under 5 minutes).
• Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion request.
• Usage Logs: Retained for 12 months for analytics and troubleshooting.
• Payment Records: Retained as required by law and for tax/accounting purposes (typically 7 years).

• Do not sell Google user data to third parties
• Only transfer data to third parties as necessary to provide the Service, with appropriate security measures
