How do I install PipeModo?

Install PipeModo from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Open any Google Sheet, go to Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons, search for 'PipeModo', and click Install. You'll need to authorize the required permissions.

How are credits calculated?

Credits are consumed per action per row. For example, if you run an email enrichment action on 100 rows, you'll use 100 credits. The exact credit cost is shown before you run any workflow.

What happens when I run out of credits?

When your credit balance reaches zero, you won't be able to run new workflows until you purchase more credits. Your existing data and workflows remain intact.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We only access the specific data you select for processing. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We don't store your spreadsheet data beyond the time needed to complete your workflow.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds for technical issues on our end or duplicate charges. Contact support@pipemodo.com within 14 days of the charge. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are not refundable.

How accurate is the enrichment data?

Enrichment accuracy depends on the third-party data providers (Apollo, Hunter, etc.). Data accuracy typically ranges from 85-95% for common business contacts. We recommend verifying critical data before taking action.
